Temporary Files
Recently I noticed my temporary folder contains hundreds of files similar to:
CS5BEFE3A1-3B1D-11DB-B697-001195274CB1.tmp
Some of these I can delete and some I can not delete because it says "Can not delete. Access denied". Even after deletion, they return by the hundreds.
Can anyone tell me what these files are?

I don't know what they are, but I delete all .tmp files... I usually start in safe mode if I can't do it in the normal startup.. and if that doesn't work, I look at what directory its in, start in command mode, and delete there.. usually they are cookies... in your tools folder of your browser program, look at internet options, then under cookies and files, there is a setup icon... set it for the least amount of space to be used to store cookies and set the delete on exit... also on the history, I set it for 1 day...
