Cat 5e gigamax connectors..

I've wired the house with the Cat 5 and I'm about to start adding the connectors. I've realized that there are 2 wiring standards. T568A and T568B. Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Thanks in advance

for residential structured wiring BICSI suggests 568a ,

actually either will work just fine as long as you are consistant ,and use the same on each end of the cable .

They are electrically identical. It is just that A and B swap the position of the colored pairs.
