Malware???
This morning I ran Avg, Ad-Aware and SpyBot. Of the three, Spybot picked up this. Please view links. I am not sure what this is. I googled it and the only thing I can find is: Windows Web Messenger, Command: Msmgs.exe, Status: X Malware/Bad, Added by: W32/Sdbot-BSL Worm. Can anyone help me determine what it is and how to rid it. Thanks in advance.

At the moment, it appears that fixing in safe mode has rid it. Thank you for your suggestion. I will run SpyBot again in a few days to see if it has re-appeared and will post back. Thank You

Name Windows web messenger
Command Msmgs.exe
Status X
Description Added by the W32/Sdbot-BSL WORM! Note: This worm\trojan is located in C:\%WINDIR%\ folder.
this means it was added by the W32/Sdbot-BSL worm. did that show up at all?

tae: Nowhere on the machine did it mention the above. Avg, Ad-Aware, nor Spybot. I got that info when I googled for definition of Windows Messenger , Msmgs.exe, and Aimbot.msn. Castlecops provided the info. Thanks
