PC Satellite TV?

I have been looking at a few downloads that claim you can watch thousands of TV stations on your PC with just a software download...no hardware.........Do any of these really work or is it a scam?

And just where do you think these signals are going to come from?

When something sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Well Bob, I did download a program called Digital TV 2050 & it does have TV stations around the world. The USA stations include: NASA,CSPAN & a bunch of College TV stations. Just wondering if anyone has any good/bad experiences with this or similar Internet TV stations/programs?

Free programming is one thing.

Pay programming is quite another.

Actually, I watch plenty of stuff from around the world. All of it is free and legal, and I didn't have to download or purchase any software to do so.

Programs that promise free pay channels or ways to avoid monthly fees are what need to be avoided. They probably don't work, and if they do, they are illegal and immoral.

My original post was in regards to free programing. I don't watch a single pay channel anyway......I'm kinda a news junky & watch CSPAN & news stations mainly. That's the kinda worldwide programimg I would be looking for over the internet.
