My IE window is real small on startup!!

Kind of a minor problem, but the window used to open up almost full screen at one time, but now its real small on startup and i have to resize....kinda minor, but its annoying...Any ideas how to fix this??

Thanks in advance!!

Once it comes up, take your cursor and drag and drop the corners to maximize the screen in all directions. Then close IE. It should remember the sizing from then on. Let us know if you succeed or if we need to drop back and punt.

I have the same problem as the OP, every time I open IE7 (XP pro SP2) the window opens small. I've resized it many times and it still opens small. Even programs open in a small window, forcing me to open it to full size.

Internet Explorer opens as a small window

1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.
OR:

Close all browser windows.

Open a single incident of IE - a single tab only - and resize it the way you want. Then close it.

When you reopen, it should be where you last left it.

If not, repeat the above, but close the window specifically by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking the X in the upper right corner.

And: do not forget to run a malware scan and an antivirus scan.
