Hi, I believe I have someone engaged in inappropriate activity on one of my computers. Can anyone point me in the direction of software (free download preferably) that will allow me to record anything that goes on on the screen? Thanks in advance for any help!

For some reason I'm not able to copy pictures and paste them to a word document. I'm also not able to "save picture as" and send it to "My Pictures". When trying to save in My Pictures, I'm only given two choices to 'Save as Type' and they are : ART and Bitmap. I am able to save if the "Save As Type" comes up as JPEG, but when trying to send them elsewhere it says they are not in the JPEG format. I'm using a laptop computer that has Microsoft XP and the software package is Office for Small Businesses 2003. Help - what am I doing wrong? I've tried the control V and control P, the right click method and anyother one I can think of. Thank you.
