help! (Internet Connections)

I need someone to help me, when I'm on the internet and I leave the computer whit out touching it for a few minutes, when I come back the internet is not working, I can see the page that I was on, but if I try to open somethin else won't do it, it only says " connecting ", but never connects, I need to log off and log in again to start again what I was doing.

Another question, I'm the administrator in my computer, my daughter has his account, but when she tries to open some pages like disney or to play games they never open, it just say in the bottom of the window that is done but we can only see the top of the page and nothing else, and in the administrator account works perfectly.

Any advise?

Thank you.

What kind of Internet connection do you have that you have to log in?

Your daughter's account does not have the proper security settings to access the Internet.

I have cable, but my account has a password to access, using windows XP home edition, when I turn the computer on it shows you the accounts, mine and my daughter's.

Your security settings are incorrect. Review them and change what you wish.

It's been sooo very long, so my memory is gone, but check the network setting for your internet connection. Should be able to set to use by all users. Or do a quick search on setting up a connection for "all users".
