Headset Delay

Trying to verify reason for one minute delay using Logitech Headset. I am using dial-up my contact is using high-speed. Can this be the problem?

The headset is not the problem. Dialup will slow it down.

Laptop battery question

I recently purchased a Dell Latitude CPx laptop computer for a bargain-basement price. The computer needs a new hard drive before I can use it, then a battery before I can use it away from power. My question is whether I have to buy a charger for the battery, or will the battery charge any time the power cord is plugged into the wall? Also, if anyone has any advice on selecting a hard drive for this computer, I would certainly welcome that. I plan on installing at least a 40Gb drive; cost will steer the decision to a certain degree. Thanks in advance for the help. - ChrisRead More

Bought an WD Passport

I bought a WD passport external hard drive to back up all my files. I can get everything backed up but the emails, I tried everything to find a way to back them up or copy them over to the WD and it wont allow me. Any suggestions. Are they hid in a folder somewhere? Thanks so much !Read More
