Trying to move my bookmarks
I have two browsers, Mozilla Firefox and Internet explorer. I have a pile of "bookmarks" in Firefox and would like to put all of them in "favorites" in Internet Explorer. Is there a easy way to do this? If there is, would you please go step by step and in detail please.

From Firefox, select the "Bookmarks" menu and click "Organize Bookmarks..."
Select the "All Bookmarks" item on the left and then click "Import and Backup" at the top of the screen and select "Export HTML..." from the menu.
Save the file to a place you can remember.
Now start up Internet Explorer. Select the "File" menu and select "Import and Export". Tell the wizard you want to import bookmarks, and browse to the file you specified above.
Curiously, why do you want to do this? I certainly do not recommend using Internet Explorer.

Joe - I have experienced several problems with my Firefox browser and if I go to my Internet Explorer browser it always works OK. Which browser do you recommend? Thank you for the information.

Well, ultimately one has to use what works for them. If you are having problems with Firefox, it's hard to use it, so I can understand moving to IE to get things done.
Firefox is a pretty good application, so if you are having a lot of problems, it could be due to other underlying issues. What problems are you experiencing?

The only problem I'm having with Firefox is that occansionally it just won't go to different web sites. I've never had a similar problem with IE. A while back, I was using "Opera", but I keep experienceing the same problem, only worse.

Some websites only work with IE. My company benefits site will only work with IE and, I think, some versions of Netscape. Other than that I use Firefox exclusively. I tried Opera for a few days but preferred Firefox.
