Web-page does not show up after paying the items, ... particularly 'Amazon com.'

Hi All:
The web-page does not show up after clicking the following choice, ... either 'Yes' or 'No,' even 'more infor' to click,

Only I can see after 'clicked,' is 'Hourglass' staying on permanently, that occurrs after paying the items, ... particularly 'Amazon Com.'

The screen is as follows:
--------------------------------------------------------
Securtiy Information
This page contains both Security and nonsecurity items.

Do you want to display the nonsense items?

Yes No More info
--------------------------------------------------------

How to fix this problem?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes, I did.
Most of time, ... I clicked 'Yes,' but as having said in my previous post, only I can see is 'hourglass' that stays in the screen permanently.

Is this to be 'security issue,' ... or what else?

Any clues on this would be great.

Hi PineCone,

What browser do you use?
What security program do you use (Norton, McAfee, etc)

XP with IE 6 or 7.
I didn't upgrade because I'm quite comfortable with current one.

Security is McAfee that came with my ISP, Comcast.

Thanks,

Since the browser is showing problems, I'd consider the upgrade of IE as well as all the XP patches ASAP
Sites like Amazon, Paypal, etc are very sensitive regarding the browsers' configurations
Also, try to deactivate McAfee for 15 minutes and go to the same websites and see if you see any change. McAfee is well known creating interferences

In addition, try to download and install Spybot Search and Destroy --> run it and check the malware in your computer

Even though its a pain and they moved icons around for no reason at all, etc. I highly suggest you move onto IE7. 6 is so full of security holes its not even funny but it is dangerous for online shoppers.

Start/all programs/windows update. If you do the custom you should see IE7 in there somewhere.

Or... you could always get Mozilla's Firefox browser. I think they are currently using version 3. It takes a little getting used to but not much. Its free and easy to customize with the add-ons you like and you can even arrange the buttons without having to pray to Microsoft.

If you just want to try to resolve the exact problem you are having I think your browser might be holding onto an old, invalid certificate or something. Just go to Tools/Internet Options/delete cookies and cache. That is the best I can remember how to do it from version 6.0 I know its slightly different in version 7 (but easier to find now).
