Internet Explorer 8
I recently upgraded to I.E.8.
On the toolbar is a thing called Internet Explorer News.
So I clicked on it and what comes up is all about I.E.6 which is what I just replaced. Am I missing something?

Click on "Help" and "About Internet Explorer" to make sure you are running IE8. Then go to Mozilla.com and download Firefox. IE8 is problem prone IMO. You can thank me later.
