E-mail sign in problem

E-mail sign in problem
For some unknown reason to me every time i go to sign into my e-mail when i click on the user name my user name and password automatically appear in the user and password boxes.
My wife has a account on the same computer, but she has to sign into her account with her user name and password each time.
I don't like this automatic sign in thing. The "Internet options" in both accounts are the same.
I'm using Internet explorer browser, and Yahoo mail.
Anybody have any thoughts on this?
Thanks

When you first logged on, you must have said "yes" when Windows asked you if you want Windows to remember your password. Try deleting all your cookies.

Can you get into Yahoo messenger or account? There should be a box there that tell's Yahoo to keep you signed in and it's probably checked. Uncheck the box and see if that works.
Actually, if you're on any Yahoo page, there should be an option at the top left to sign out. If you click that, it'll take you to the page where the box is to keep you signed on or not.

I was able to get into my account and change the login time from 2 weeks, to 1 day.
However, every time i double click on user name and password
it still automatically opens mail account. Maybe tomorrows log in will be different.
I could do the "restore" thing, but i may open a new can of worms.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
