Firefox passwords.

Ever since the latest Firefox upgrade I am constantly asked if I want Firefox to remember passwords. Obviously I don't want it to remember any of my banking or E-mail passwords but even though I click on the "Never for this site" button the next time I need to log in there is the stupid question. How do I get it to stop asking and never save specific passwords?

Tools/Options/Security. Check "Remember passwords for sites" and then enter the domains of those you don't wish to save in the "Exceptions" window.

Thanks, Rick. Firefox had been writing the exceptions in the box but they would disappear between closing the browser and the next time I opened the browser. I don't know why but now it seems okay.

This may have something to do with the cookies -- try setting them to "keep them until they expire" rather than when you close Firefox. For the record, mine is also set to not accept 3rd-party cookies.
