When my computer gets to this point where it says to log on it ask for a user name and password. I dont use a password. How can I stop this screen from popping up.

Also having trouble with my email. I use outlook express. I have a master account and a sub account. If I want to switch from the master account to the sub account it will not connect to the sub account and vise versa Any ideas what might be wrong.

For outlook express you need to go into File/identitys/add identity. These is what you do to add the sub account. If the sub account was already added you may need to delete and add the sub account by this method.

I dont know what windows you have but it should all be similar.

Start/settings/control panel/user settings.... There should be the option to turn it off. Also I dont get any of those because I have the guest account off.
