E-mail Snafu

Does any one have a tutorial for using Verizon Beta e-mail??

Seems when i try to add pictures to my e-mails by their e-mail page,
they don't get attached. I do click on attachments, but they never get loaded in the e-mail message.

Basically, i need a explanation on how to send pictures, etc.

Thanks

I can't offer any help but I am going to make a comment. I've had Comcast, Verizon and now Frontier for my ISP and none of them had/have a decent E-mail program as far as I'm concerned. Far too difficult to use when compared to Yahoo or G-mail.

I've always used independents like Yahoo or Gmail so I don't lose the email address when I switch ISPs - I also have no problems adding pictures

Have you tried talking to Verizon? What about asking in their forums? Have you tried a different web browser?

Verizon wasn't much help. Tried Forums.

I'm able to send e-mail attachments now,but not pictures.

I tried to send 6 pictures, and all that happened was the attachment just ran forever to load. I canceled attachment

Pictures may be too big. Check the size and reduce it if you can. Otherwise it may take a while to upload.

I have Verizon, but I use Windows Live (used to be Outlook) instead of going thru Verizon. Simple. Nothing to figure out.

I'm not a fan of web mail, so I use a POP3 email client. I setup my own domain and email address to avoid the problem of switching isp's. None of the major web mail places offered pop3 access of the time of when I set it up. I'm sticking with it. Don't mind paying the extra money.

I 'think' that when you check the properties of the photo's attachment you are trying to send,- it will have to be less than 25mb of info
