How to clear all temporary files from Windows 7?

How to clear all temporary files from Windows 7?

If running XP you can type in %temp% in the "run" box and it would pull up a lot of temp stuff that could be deleted to clear temp files and folders. Can something like this be done running Windows 7?

Start -> Computer -> Right click 'C' drive -> Properties -> Click 'Disk Cleanup' -> check the box titled 'Temporary Files' -> Click 'OK'

I use ccleaner and it clears all caches and temporary files in one swoop.

Also a good point. Glary Utilities works pretty well doing this too.
