received e-mail video

I get a family member e-mail video that is rotated
~15 degrees to the left of center on my monitor.

All other e-mail video from other sources is displayed normally. This e-mail comes in on NERO

Is it my system,or on the senders end??

Thanks

I tried to post the screen shot, but had no luck.

I talked to my son today and he didn't understand why the video display is offset by 30 deg.

I believe the problem is with his new camera. He said he would look into it.

Thanks for your reply.

It was almost certainly shot that way. I've seen that problem mostly when people get a new Flip Video camera because of their design. You want to hold it sideways like a regular camera, but that puts the sensor vertical (and therefore the video comes out sideways).

Here's a media player that has the ability to rotate the frame 90 degrees.
