USB instructions

I have misplaced operating instructions for a Kingston DTI/2GB flash drive.

Appreciate any info on how to use this thing.

Thanks,

daswede

Plug it in to your USB port...the PC will recognize it.....treat it like a new hard drive....thats about it.

I doubt there would have been "instructions" packed with it. They would have said, like Vic mentioned, "plug it in". Go to My Computer and you will see it along with C: and other drives. Double click on it and it will open. If it is empty it will tell you.

Thanks to you both.

I plugged the drive in as you both suggested, and noticed that it was recognized in "my computer" when plugged in.

Now how do i upload pics. from my picture files? Also, how do i delete these picture files after.

You'll be able to see it in "My Computer". Just click on the pics you want to copy, (use the ctrl key to select more than one), go to "edit" or "organize" (depending on the version of Windows you have) and pick "copy".
Then go to the flash drive in My Computer and hit "paste".
When you want to delete them, just go to My Computer, select all the files and pick delete.
The flash drive works the same as your C drive.
