I have never used that specific printer, but I would ask if this printer always had this problem since you installed it, or is it a new thing ?

this web site has the latest drivers, as well as a help and trouble solving sections.

Did you try printing a test page. If not, go to Start - Settings - Printers - and right click on your printer. Select Properties, and click on the print test page link. It will print a test page, and ask you if it printed correctly. If not, it will walk you thru a printer problem troubleshooter.
