log in woes

my wife, and i share a computer operating windows XP with our own separate accounts.

Issue is, she can't log in to her account for some reason. When i start up the computer a window is displayed with her account icon, and my account icon.

I can just click my icon. and my account opens,my wife has her account set up so that she has to log in with a password.

The issue is, she can't log into her account to open her account. She insists that she is using the right password to open the account.

Any help here would be appreciated

Thanks

Which of you is the administrator? Hopefully you have those rights. If so, go in and change the password to something she will be sure to remember.

Are the cap locks engaged? Passwords are case sensitive.
Try running Oph Crack to be sure she's using the right password.

Thanks for reply. Strange things are going on the last couple of days.

Another issue I'm having is that my mail SPAM folder has many SPAM additions lately. A real nuisance.

Ive' checked my SPAM folder, and don't see anything any different.
I'm using I.E., and Yahoo mail.

Is there some setting i"m needing to set?

Are these emails which should not be in the spam folder? Or are you just getting more spam these days?

This SPAM mail that ends up in my e-mail spam folder never showed up
like they do now. This all started a couple days ago. Did a virus scan.

I'm wondering if somehow my e-mail spam folder got changed.

Thanks
