Weird FF issue

Been having this for maybe a week or so and was trying to decide if I had a monitor or video card issue. Near as I can tell it's FF doing it because I can open IE and I don't see it happening. Here's the issue:

As I move around a website some of the lines of text have some of the letters that have a fuzzy look. A little hard to describe, but looks kind of like a double-strike on a typewriter (for those old enough to remember typewriters). It scrolls with the text, so obviously not the monitor. I can make it go away, i.e. clean, sharp text, in several ways. One way is to double click any of the words on the line; when I do any of the fuzzy characters on that line go clear. As I'm typing this, the first three lines of my post show the effect; it's readable but very annoying. Tried using the snip-it tool yesterday to capture the effect, but that also clears the text. I've tried different zoom levels, too.

Very puzzling.

I noticed that earlier in the week and thought it was my eyes..... but it was only 5-10 minutes and I haven't encountered it since.

Mine's set for automatic updates although I'm not sure when it went to 19.0 but I think it's been awhile. I'm relatively sure when I got the blurry print it was with 19.0. I didn't have the blurry issue long but did have it.

Interesting. FF was reporting up to date with 19.0 installed. Went to their website and got 19.0.2, but unfortunately did not fix the problem.
