Is the charger OEM? Or aftermarket? Does it have a USB connector or is it hard wired to the wart?

Does the tablet charge when plugged in? If it doesn't then there may be something wrong with the charging circuit. Also as Larry mentioned in his question is that OEM or aftermarket knowing that is really critical to proper diagnosis. Sometimes aftermarket chargers don't work as well as their OEM counterparts do and supply too much voltage to the device you are using. Unfortunately though if it is damaged it may not be a do it yourself repair and if it is under warranty still you probably will receive a refurbished replacement.

The charger is OEM as it came with the tablet. It charges with the charger but Like said If I try to turn it on or use it The screen will got white it will crash restart crash etc and I can't turn it off. If I unplug the charger from the tablet it immediately stops acting up. The charger has a Mini USB B connection for connecting to the tablet.

Sounds like the power supply is bad. You aren't trying to plug it into the HDMI slot are you?

No the charger has a round plug so won't go into the HDMI slot.
