MS Word2013 & Web Content

Tried to copy some pictures from the web to a new document with Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V and I can see the picture in the Read Mode but not in the Print Layout where I can write my comments etc.

Is there a special setting to do this?

I save the picture to my hard drive first. Then in Word, I use file, insert , picture, from file & browse for the pic.

Thanks Pulo but that’s one step backwards and I wonder why. Before I used Ctrl+C, Alt +Tab to switch to my opened 2002 Word, and Ctrl+V to paste and its done.

Very disappointed with MS

I don't know what happened between versions. You reminded me of when I managed a network for a mortgage company. If some of the users had to click the mouse one extra time. They would tell me NO. It's not supposed to work like that. They were more than disappointed. They were angry.

Me too I'm angry but was try to be more civilized, lol. Even the print and spelling UI is much worse than before

Thinking now for my alternatives, OpenOffice or back to Office2002XP

You're getting to be an above average user. Learn the work arounds & go with them.
