Tenvis IP cam drivers

Tenvis IP cam drivers
I just received two Tenvis JPT3815W wireless IP cams. However, I did not receive the drivers for them. I tried going to the Tenvis web site but in spite of them being listed in several searches I cannot connect. First, can anybody make a connection to the Tenvis web site? Second, if you do can you grab the latest drivers for me? If you can we can make arrangements via PM to send file using some file shearing site. Thanks.

Not working for me either on any of their download options. Think you may need to call them. Or give it another try tomorrow.

Well, all is not lost. I did manage to use some software I had from another cam and all features seem to work and I'm able to get to all settings. But yea a call may be in order. But the country code is 86 (China). Could be a language problem. I might try am e-mail first then maybe a Skype call.

I can access their entire site. Try again Norm. They also have a branch in California with phone numbers listed for there. (no toll free though )

Another alternative is a website called Driver Guide it is free to use but may not always have what you need. It sounds like you have the webcams working so I kind of doubt you need any other drivers but I will give you their web address for reference Download Drivers Free | Windows Device Driver Downloads and Updates from DriverGuide.com . Most of the drivers come from people who volunteer a driver so be sure to virus scan the driver before and after using it. Also for your information some of the drivers only partially work so this is a last resort place.

Thanks guys. Strange how some can connect and others can' (see Vic's post #2). The guy from e-bay that I bought these from just got back to me. He's going to try and then send me the drivers via e-mail. Hedge, I've been trying all week. Even tried different browser and computer. I thought maybe some "political" problems may have shut them down or something.
Any others out there want to see if you can connect? Just for laughs.

I don't see any actual driver downloads.
I down loaded both of those files.
I just found the driver downloads. They list an old and new.

Just to be clear, I was able to access the site and wander around, but every attempt at a download gave me a " download failed" message.

That is weird. I downloaded all the files but since they are .exe files they won't transfer thru email.

Well,I found out what is going on. I spent about an hour on the phone with Time-Warner. My problem was escalated to the third rung. We flush everything in the system and still no connection. It appears that my IP address is being blocked by Tenvis. Time-Warner set me up with a proxy server and I was able to log on to the web site. They suggested I contact them and find out why and have it unblocked. So I'm OK and I down loaded the drivers. I have to say when it comes to service T-W is very good.
Thanks to all for checking it out for me.

That is pretty strange. Why would they have any IP blocked from a potential customer..... unless your IP was once used by a hacker. TW could have had you just reboot your modem which would have assigned you a different IP. It sounds like maybe a block of IP's is blocked.

Search you IP in Google. Sometimes it will tell you. tenvis.com is in China. It may have been blocked in between you & them. Keep that proxy info, if you still have it.

PJ, yes we re-booted everything. Even did the command prompt flushing of cache's. Yes, Pulpo I did save the Proxy server info as a bookmark.
For those who might need it for future:

I agree,I suspect a group of IP's have been blocked. Vic (Gunguy) might want to try it just for curiosity sake.
