Kudos to you Norm for understanding that! I found it very difficult to read one long sentence with no spaces or caps. I gave up after the 5th try.

Do you have anything against buying PDF creator software?

Thanks for replies. What I'd like to do is simply is be able to select print to file in the print dialog box.Now I have 3 choices:fax,Microsoft printer,or my HP printer. The Microsoft printer prints to file but is an ospx file that I can't submit to the hra. I can either convert that to pdf or print it on my printer and scan it and copy and save it as a pdf.I tried foxit but it gets too involved.MY old XP comp.would do it simply.loc

3 Ways to Save a PDF File - wikiHow

You can't save it as a PDF on Windows unless you have Adobe Acrobat which is a paid program. There are free alternatives. They are explained on the above site.
