Windows Spell Checker

I know that I have some mis-spelled words in my spell checker & I need to correct them. I have searched my Windows 10 OS, Google Chrome & "Googled" to;
find out what spell checker I have,
where its located & more specifically,
where the data base for the spell checker is &
how to edit the mis-spelled words I know that are there.

Any idea's?

Exactly which program are you using when you encounter the misspelled words? There are more than one spell check. Each browser has a spell check which can be disabled or enabled. MS Word has a spell check & a grammar check too. If I'm not sure of a word, I highlight it & right click on it. Some spell checks will give me choices, in the menu. Sometimes F7 can be pressed.

No matter how I type [circulator circulater] it shows that it's misspelled & won't give me a correction, in Firefox on this site. Another spell check example is: you typed mis-spelled when the Firefox spell check tells me that it's misspelled.

Assuming you are talking about the windows 10 system dictionary, and not say, Microsoft office:
