Ipad 1 help
I have an old IPAD 1 that still works fine. The problem is that it wants me to sign into my itunes or cloud account and I don't know the password as I haven't used this thing in years.
The email is an old live.com from Microsoft and I have even contacted Microsoft and they could not help me because they say they don't use the live.com any more and they could not find my email address anywhere as it was too old.
Is there anyway I can create a new account for this device? Any ideas on how to fix this problem will be very appreciated

When I had a problem with an old email address, I called Apple support and they cleared everything for me and I was able to use a new email so everything worked fine again.
Go here: Apple IPad support and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "get support". Just answer the questions and at the end, it'll let you click a button to have them call you.
They called me back immediately, or you can pick a time.
