I had new hard drive installed. When I got my
computer back, the printer does not work. I
am running Windows 95.

Went to settings, printer, install and an error
message pops up that says spool 32 caused an invalid page default in module spoolss.dll at 0157:7eb2842e. I
have Canon BJC250 printer.

Do you know what this means? Is there a way I can
correct? Thanks.

Kathy:

Did you uninstall the original driver first, or was it not installed on your new hard drive?

Where are you trying to install from? Did you try downloading the latest driver for this printer?

You can get it at http://www.ibscorporation.com/canon.htm

I don't believe it was installed on the new hard drive.
I'll try going to the site you suggested. I'll let
you know outcome this evening. Thank you.
