Can't Print From Laptop But the Smartphone can.
Had a new router put in a few weeks ago and the printer has never worked since .I know it should not be related and have nothing to do with it but that's when it went bad. Weird thing is, the smartphone prints fine. I had a few of the techies help me out with some troubleshooting we were able to print test pages etc but no go.
I tried getting an updated driver but I can't find a current one on the hp website? I got a similar printer to work with the physical disc driver but would like to get our original one back online?

What router did you have & what router do you have now? It sounds like the printer printed based on an IP address & the new router uses a different internal IP block.
