viewing web cam sites

I do not have a web-cam on my computer.Can you watch other cams without having one of your own.If so how.

sure can, you watch em just like you browse the web. All you need to do is find the url (site) that that webcam is set up on. Most have a refresh rate of 60 sec. some will do better, but because of the high bandwidth most do not set there cam on streaming vid. (streaming video will take out a dsl site). If you wish to watch say video of the grankids (ifn your a grand) all you should have to do is point your browser to the ip address of the transmitting system. Or you can use netmeeting and set up a direct vid chat.
