Moving Windows

When I have multiple windows open in my Desktop and I try to move them / re arrange, it seems they have their own mind and do not move (easy) to where I want.

Is there a setting in Windows10 to change this behavior?

What I think you're describing is "snap assist." To reconfigure it or turn it off, open the System applet. If you're not familiar, type "system" into Windows search or right-click on (what used to called the) Start button, then select "System" from the pop-up menu.

With "System" open, click on "Multitasking" in the left-hand pane. In the right hand pane you will see the "Snap windows" setting along with three sub-elements that can be switched off individually without disabling all of it.
