Sorry for taking so long to respond to this thread. I have never heard of a MIMI email format, are you sure its MIMI or MIME? If its MIME more then likely its a v-mail, voice or video email. It must be opened with a program that reads that format. (Media player, real player, quicktime....) when you try to open it does it ask you what you wish to use to open the program (file) with? If it does you probably dont have the program that can open the program. You can right click on it and choose properties and let us know what .format its looking for. Or you can go to http://www.whatis.com and do a search for the extension, hopefully it will tell you what type of file it is and what program types will open it.
