Does anyone know how to fix the annoying problem of having an FM radio station playing through PC speakers? It is so loud at times I can't even play games.

The only thing I can think of is you must be right on top of a local FM station. Move the speakers to another location, that may entail moving the computer. Next thing is to replace the speakers with a better grade of speaker. Other than that I can't think of anything else to do...

If you are right next door to the fm transmitter (that may be different than the broadcast station itself) then good luck.

If you can borrow another set of speakers and try to see if you have the same problem. Some brands are better at shielding rf than others.

BigMike I wonder if shielded wires and/or ferite beads on the speaker wires would help ???
