Apart from upgrading to Windows 98, is there a downloadable utility (upgrade) that enables me to fully make use of my USB port and devices.

Apparently my win 95 version does not support USB.

Regards
ROBERT

This is what I came up with when searching for windows 95 usb support, it appears to be dependent on which version of windows 95 you have on rather or not it has usb support, I wasn't yet able to find a patch for all versions in this regard. Check out the above material and see what you can find out.
