Brave Browser
I'm using an older desktop to learn Linux and since Firefox was giving me some problems I installed the Brave Browser. What a difference, a very clean page with no adds. Thinking to instal it in my Windows laptop
How Brave makes their money? Is it a safe browser?
Thanks

Yes, it's safe. I use it sometimes. Not sure why I don't use it more. I think PJmax uses it also. Not sure how they make their money.

Agreed that Brave is a safe and good browser. It's built on Chromium, so it should be very compatible and solid as a browser. I too have dabbled with it, but don't use it - for no particular reason.
Brave is ad-supported. But you have the option for displaying or not displaying ads. And you get some portion of the ad revenue. It's configurable, and some people consider it overly complicated.

And they don't intend to spy on you and control your thoughts, like Mozilla, Google, and MS.
Browsers are the next level of censorship that is coming.

I use Brave often. No bloatware and is fast.
I was looking at an online battle between Brave and DuckDuckGo.
DuckDuckGo does have some search advantages.
