Unable to Print on HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e series with Windows 7

Hello:
I just got 'HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e series' this morning and the PC with Windows 7, I did 'test' paper along with 'alightment.' Both went smooth with no issues at all. However, I'm NOT able to print any programs, e-mails, words and some of web-pages which I want to print.
On the other, the PC with Windows 10 is no issue at all, ... any printing jobs is fantastic results.
Since there is no CD in the box and no reliable 'download' for its driver, even though I searched for it in my suspect 'driver' is something wrong for Win 7.
btw) both the PCs, win 7 and win 10 got 'self-installed' driver when I attached the printer-cable into the PCs.
Any help would be really appreciated.

 

No one includes CD's in the box anymore but the driver is on their website (link is for 64 bit but they also have 32 if you need that one.

On their website, it says they no longer support Windows 7. Maybe that's why? They suggest upgrading. I don't think anyone supports Win7 anymore so that could be a problem for you. I don't have any other suggestions. Sorry.

 

Two locations where you can still get the full install package for W7.
Looks like the first location has just the drivers listed too.

Thanks for the link which I tried several times, but it does not work on this printer, because the printer is intended to use for only Win 10 and 11, not others.
I plan to return it because the return-policy is within 30 days' period and I purchased just last Friday and tested to make sure to work. The box along with an associate didn't tell me the printer does not work on Windows 7.
I also plan to purchase the similar printer which works Windows 7, even XP which I occasionally use because of Mailing program which has a very good- featured mailing lay-out to print them out. I use them when selling on eBay, not often but sometime. Also, Fax program is easy to use for the other printer I decided to purchase after the return.
