USB Cable Plug INTO two Prong AC WALL PLUG

I use a USB Cable from my EMERGENCY radio to plug into a two-prong AC Wall Plug to provide constant power to the Emergency Radio Battery.

My problem is the USB plug into the AC Wall plug is loose and constantly falling out of the Wall Plug....I've gently tried to bend the shape of the USB plug for a tighter fit but I'm afraid of bending it too much. Short of a spot of Crazy Glue where the USB and AC Wall plug meet, is there another creative way of achieving a tighter fit of these two?
ALL and ANY advice is GREATLY appreciated! (My Thanks will be your addition to my WILL! (I'm 86 and have terrible health!)

The AC receptacle may be worn and loose. Does any other plug fit tightly? If not, then replace the receptacle.

I use power strips set on a table (easy to reach without bending over). I leave things plugged in and use the switch on the power strip. Less wear on the plug/outlet and my body. They are available with built-in USB power so I can use a USB-to-USB cable.

I do the same. I do NOT plug-in and out which could lead 'wear and tear' quickly.
You could buy anywhere, i.e. Home Depot, Lowe's and even Amazon from which I mostly purchase those things because of less-hassle to find easily with Prime-Membership.

I suspect the receptacle's prong contact jaws have lost their clamping (tension) force causing the device or cord plug to back-out or fall out. The contact jaws will weaken over time after repeated use.

UL approved devices require certain standards for residential and commercial use with hospital grade devices receiving the most rigorous requirement where receptacles are subjected to four angular pulls with a 10 lb. weight and must retain a 4 oz. weighted pin for one minute in the ground contact.

I think the OP probably needs to replace that problematic receptacle...

We, the family did that, but it was a quick job to have done. Luckily, my son who is handy working around the house helped the family out, but it took the time in my recollection. Because, the wires inside was so brittle, even a slight touch to work it around due to the age of the house built in early to mid '60s. We have been living in this house since our marriage. It's one of older to old house in our, all of the neighborhood. Almost, we needed to call the professional help for this type of work, ... but if some of the relatives could help you out, it must be GREAT.
