Although I have not tried this as yet i have been told this is a extremely good tip especially for outlook express users(ABOUT VIRUS AND EMAIL) HERE its is>>>To avoid spreading e-mail borne computer viruses, create a new contact

That's a hoax. Go down to a previous thread started by Plumber2000 about 12/2. Go to almost any hoax site and you can find the real story. Or just click on the link to go to P'2000 thread and find the hoax site.
