Cool Click

Right Click on the attachment, select properties. See what the pic is, .jpg, .gif etc. If you right click the file an "Open With" dialog box will open and select Internet Explorer. It can usualy view just about any picture u have.

Bigmike, I can ask if its gif or jpg but it is not an attachment it is just 2 pictures directly in with the email that was sent to me! Can that make a difference as to how they send it?

This would depend on whether they were embedded in the original email or added at hyperlink pictures.

You should also check that you view your mail with html enabled.

If they were web-based pictures it might be that they gave the wrong address. Are there small red crosses in the top corner?

You also dont say what mail client you are using....

If they are not attachments then they should be embedded so the problem may be a bad URL. If embedded from files on their pc they could have become corrupted.

No Pictures showing up in Email?

Thank you all, you were all right I can view my pictures in Yahoo email now. and i just got this answer from Yahoo Mail, here is the total answer incase someone wants to print this out for future use!>>> For security reasons, imbedded images in HTML
formatted mail will not be
displayed in Yahoo! Mail. In place of the image,
there may be a square
with a red "x". If you receive mail with
imbedded images, Yahoo! Mail
will automatically convert them to separate
attachments. To view the
images, simply click on the "Download
Attachments" link on the message.
Yahoo! Mail will then show a listing of all
images that were included in
the mail. Select the image you wish to view by
clicking on Download
File. This will allow you to view the image
online or also allow you to
download it to your hard drive. TOM
