FDISK is about the best way to make sure everything is gone. You will need to boot your computer to a system disk preferably from the CD-ROM but a floppy system disk (not just a bootable floppy) will do. You make the later on the third tab over on "Add Remove Pograms."

Once you boot go to a DOS prompt and run "fdisk" Then erase all partitions. Once they are all gone create a primary partition. At this point you will need to reboot. Leave the system disk in.

Now run "fdisk /mbr" to clean the boot sector.

At this point you can reboot and setup Windows.
