Get Drive Space upgrade w/booting

When I boot my system I get a compression agent window asking if I want to compress my drive or up grade to drive space 3 format. I have FAT32, and they won't compress. What can I do to stop this message. Thanks in advance.

Cool Drive space

First off, you aren't out of or below 100 or so megs of drive space?
Other than that go into control panel and turn off agent...

Drive Space

Thanks for the reply. I have plenty of space, no problem. I turned the task off, I still get message. I have worked with this for 3 days and I am about to try deleting the program. Any additional tips or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Robert
