Link colors - Visited/Unvisited

Using Win2000 and IE 6.0
On this board and another V-Bulletin Board, my visited links don't change color. I've set Tools/Internet Options/Color to different colors, but they don't show as visited or unvisited, just the color of all the other text.
Any ideas?

The result is probably from a cascading style sheet. To find out: >view source Ctrl+F "find"> "style". The solution: supply your own style sheet. >Tools >Options >Accessibility. I enjoy the non legible micro text fonts specified also.
