attachment ext.
What is an .eml extension and why can't I open or save an attachment file that has this extension. They are coming from aol.
The ones from my mother-in-law are just usually jokes, etc. that she got and passes them on. However, I just received one from someone who is a relative (doing genealogy) and silly me forwarded it from my aol account to my current account and now I can't open it or figure out the email address of the person sending it to me.
Help!

i'm not too bright
It was my virus protection not letting me open the file. Seems NIMDA (spelling?) uses that extension to invade files etc. I lowered the protection on my software and opened it right up.
