Fax machine connected to ISDN line

Fax machine connected to ISDN line
I have my fax machine connected to my ISDN line I can send faxes but I can't receive them. I called my ISP they said that they could not help me with this problem does any one have any suggestions?

does your isdn ta have an analog port? If it does and that is how you are connecting I would call the phone company and ask then what the problem could be. If not you will need to pick on up, beware these things are not cheap. $200 and up.
