Drivers of all sorts are available on the internet from a number of sources (manufacturer, driver download pages, FTP, ect.). You haven't stated which OS you're using, wether you downloaded a driver and it didn't work, wether you're having software compatibility problems (something you and the vendors must resolve, case by case) or wether the printer itself works or not.

If you couldn't find the driver on the HP website this is what HP says in their FAQ:
HP DeskJet 670C Series Printer
If you are using an HP DeskJet 670C series printer, HP provides the HP Printing System for Windows - v 11.0 - 670C series driver that can be downloaded from the HP Web site. The filename is DJ501EN.EXE. Microsoft also provides an HP DeskJet 660C mini-driver that may be used as an alternative printer driver in Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.

If you're using an orphan OS there are a number of old time programers that hang out in various discussion groups at deja.com. No doubt, one or more of them could point you toward an FTP resource (one of them may have written the driver).
