Hi, does anybody knows the dos command to copy everything from an old hard drive to a new one? Thanks.

As long as the drives are the same size you can use X copy

I use a program called Drive Copy. It works great and is relatively inexpensive.

You can use xcopy in the following format, starting the command at the C:\ prompt in DOS

XCOPY C: F: /S

Put the letter name in place of F in your command.

This command will copy all files on C:\ and all subdirectories - except those subdirectories that are empty.
