I replaced a sound card in my computer OK, installed the driver and everything succesfuly but I moved it to connect the speaker jack and suddenly went to sleep and no matter how much I move the mouse or keyboard it wont wake up. I noticed that on the device manager it had a ! in red in a line that said something about power management??
I will appreciate any sugestion.

***Reboot and bring up the BIOS settings. Turn off the power mangement. Since it happened after sound card (what kind) take that card out and do not put the old one back in. Reboot. Until I know more can't go much further. Come up in "Safe Mode" try to diagnose there. Sound card could have thrown an IRQ error that locked you up. Do you have mouse functions? Are you completely locked up? So mant questions so few answers huh... Mail me if you like and will help. 26 years of experiance, if I don't know I have guru's that do.
