I have a HP Deskjet 672 printer. It suddenly quit printing in color. I opened printer properties and aligned the cartridge. The lines were red. I ran the clean cartridge and the lines were colored. I ran print a self test and the page had color. I have color set on automatic and the gray scale box is not checked. I replaced cartridge and ran the same procedure and still no color. I used a Q tip and cleaned the old cartridge. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Cool

Are you sure that you removed the seal tape on the replacement cartridge prior to installing. I didn't once on my H-P printer, and that was MY color printing problem. The first one may be empty. Good Luck!

Thanks for the responses. I found my problem. My default for the printer had changed. I corrected that and printer works fine and in color. I appreciate the help.
