Uninstalling the grape ape

How do you uninstall something once you have downloaded it to your hard drive? In particular the Bonzi ape that my sister sent with an attachment to an e-mail. A talking e-mail. the only way to read the mail was to download the grape ape. I do not care for the grape ape or his banannas. He follows you everywhere. Any thoughts about it anyone. Or is there anyone using grape ape that enjoys him?

I will assume you are running Win98.First, I would see if Grape Ape is a full program with an uninstall ability. Go to Add/Remove and have a look. If he's there just send him away! If not you are going to have to find him. I would use Windows Explorer, look in program files. Grape Ape should be there and can be deleted from there. You could use "find" but it would only turn up files with Grape Ape in the file name and you may leave some useless files on your computer.
