IE 6.0-Crash

I posted a question here a while back regarding info on IE 6.0 packing up after notifying me that it was going to send an error report to Micro$oft. The problem seemed to cure itself for a while but now its back.

If anyone is still interested, the condition is repeatable if I open Outlook Express 6.00.2600.0000 and click on a link embedded in a message - an email notification that someone has responded to my question here on DIY for example,.

I tried to get the report by opening the 'Advanced' part but it won't let me copy it to the clipboard. It seems to be 2 or 3 pages long so that precludes loading it into me organic RAM (brainbox) & typing it here by hand.

Goto http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and install the latest updates for IE.

Depending on your OS you may be able to retrieve the exact error code(s) from the event viewer.
